Over $75,000.00 in grants and scholarships given to deserving local organizations and students.
HOW WE SERVE
We invest in the next generation of leaders by providing scholarships directly to students and through trusted partner organizations. Our scholarship programs help to relieve financial barriers to higher education, empowering students to pursue their goals and achieve their full potential.
Education creates pathways to opportunity. We are developing free skills-based learning programs to support families in underserved communities with practical tools for personal and professional growth.
We provide micro-grants to local organizations that are making a meaningful difference in their communities. By investing directly in grassroots initiatives, we help expand access to resources, strengthen family support systems, and create opportunities for lasting community impact.

Patricia G. Williams… where the legacy begins
In 2022, Patricia’s daughters, Nicole Harper Rawlins and Kerri Harper-Howie, founded the Patricia G. Williams Family Foundation to honor Patricia’s lifelong legacy of service, generosity, and community impact. Her humility, gratitude, and commitment to helping others form the foundation’s guiding principles. These values have been passed down through generations and continue to inspire the foundation’s mission to create opportunities for families and communities.
Patricia G. Williams was born in the segregated South during the 1940s, the daughter of a maid and a longshoreman. When asked about her extraordinary entrepreneurial success, she always begins with her roots, believing that you cannot truly appreciate how far you have come without acknowledging where you started. Throughout more than a decade in social services and a successful 30-plus-year career as a franchise owner, Patricia remained dedicated to serving others, raising her daughters, and making a meaningful difference in her community. Her life is a testament to the power of perseverance, purpose, and service.
